In the middle of the vineyards, 5 km from the beaches of Canet-en-Roussillon and 10 km from Perpignan, this working wine estate is very committed to a 360° approach to reconsidering the vine, giving back to the soil a privileged place, reconstituting an ecosystem, encouraging local employment and taking an active part in the beauty of the landscape. Its two gîtes, housed in two separate character buildings, each with its own entrance, with a capacity of 7 and 10 people, are at the heart of this approach. From mid-July to mid-August, between 7pm and 11pm, you can enjoy the Apéros du Château, hosted by the owner (booking required): wine, tapas and music for a great evening! Depending on the season, you can also take advantage of the communal bowling green, and throughout the year there are tastings and tours of the estate on offer! Table football is available during cellar opening hours. Parking on site. The discreet owners live on the estate.
This former grape-pickers' house, dating from the 19th century, has been completely renovated by the owners. The walls, most of which are stone, are adorned with pretty old and modern works of art. From the private garden, partly enclosed, and its terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and table tennis table, a few steps (five) lead to the living room with kitchen, dining room and sitting room. There is a bedroom with a 160cm bed, shower room and separate wc. Upstairs: one bedroom (2 single beds), and two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160cm) and a single bed, shower room, separate wc.
Electricity consumption: 2kwH/day/person included. Excess consumption to be paid to the owner at the end of the stay.
