The open-plan, modernly furnished 35 m2 holiday apartment with a wide south-facing balcony is located on the 1st floor of the house, facing the lake.
It consists of an anteroom with cloakroom and cupboards as well as a large living room with balcony, double bed with bedside table, and comfortable seating area with couch, TV, radio and WIFI.

The open, fully and modernly equipped kitchen and has a large dining area.
The bathroom includes a shower, a large washbasin with side shelves, a cupboard and a toilet facility.

The wide south-facing balcony with seating area allows a pleasant stay in the open air and a great view over the lake and the garden to the surrounding mountains.
