The tranquility of the countryside
You are 15 minutes away from the town of Albi with all its amenities and tourist attractions. Not to be missed: a visit to Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, so large and majestic. The cottage is located in the heart of the Tarn, which will allow you to easily discover many sites during your stay: Gaillac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Lautrec, Toulouse, the Sidobre massif...
For a refreshing pool break, you have the choice 20 minutes away: the Aquaval leisure center in Lautrec with its lakes, picnic area, and swimming pools with slides. Otherwise also 20 minutes away in Albi, the Atlantis Aquatic Space open all year round with its indoor and outdoor space open in summer.
** THE GITE **
Calm guaranteed with a completely independent house located at the end of the hamlet of around twenty houses.
Simple, independent, single-storey comfort house. The owner lives 1km away, near his son's farm.
The stay includes:
- dinner table
- lounge area with sofa and TV, which opens onto a terrace with outdoor table and view of the fields where the cows graze
- kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, small dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer.
- small laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron
- access to the garage
The night part:
- 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a 140x190cm double bed
- bathroom with single sink and shower
- independent toilet accessible from the living room, in the entrance
Exterior: garden of approximately 500m² which surrounds the house. Terrace from the living room.
Garage where you can store your car, otherwise you can park in front of the entrance to the house.
** FISHING: private fishing lake just 250 meters walk from the gîte (no swimming or development). Roach and carp.
** AT THE FARM: the Ferme de Massaliès, taken over by Jean-Claude's son, is located 800 meters away on foot. Farm with Limousine cows and meat sheep. Organic farm with cereal production. Some fruit trees with production of grape juice and jams. Jean-Claude will be happy to show you around the family farm on request.
