By completely renovating the house, which was built in 1979, Eifel21 has created a place that conveys warmth, high quality and generosity. When selecting the materials and colors of the house, particular attention was paid to emphasizing the relationship to the surrounding nature in order to create harmony and a place of relaxation inside the house and in the surrounding garden.

Eifel21 offers plenty of space inside and out for up to eight people. The entrance area, a bathroom with bathtub and the open-plan, spacious kitchen, living and dining area are located on the first floor. The open-plan kitchen invites you to cook together. Hobby chefs and gourmets will particularly enjoy highlights such as a large induction hob, the Sidebyside fridge with crushed ice and ice cube maker and the wine-and-cheese fridge. The spacious living and dining area offers plenty of room to spend time together in front of the fireplace.

Each of the four bedrooms on the upper floor of the house is individually designed and follows a specific color concept. In order to offer our youngest guests enough space to play, one of the bedrooms has a crib and a spacious play corner. Two of the bedrooms have a shared, large balcony with a great view of the valley.
The upper floor is completed by a further, newly renovated bathroom with shower.

With its 4000m2 plot, Eifel21 offers plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. The terrace has plenty of seating including a barbecue and a wonderful view. In the garden there is also a fire pit with plenty of seating, sun loungers, a table tennis table and enough lawn for various activities.
