With 3 double beds and 4 single beds, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, perfect for families or groups seeking moments of calm and relaxation.



The main floor invites you to enjoy spacious and welcoming areas. From the dining-living room, with its spectacular Smart TV and fireplace, to the fully equipped American kitchen, every detail has been designed for your comfort. Additionally, you'll find a suite with a jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.



Descending to the next level, you'll discover two additional bedrooms connected by a full bathroom, as well as another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and bathtub. A workspace with a desk and a cozy laundry room complete this area.



But the true gem of this villa lies outside. From the saltwater pool to the sunny solarium with loungers and hammocks, every corner is designed for your enjoyment. Additionally, a shaded area with a ping-pong table and a barbecue overlooking the pool invite you to enjoy unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

*This property is located in a residential area; therefore, only families or responsible groups seeking tranquility are accepted. Young groups will not be accepted.

Portals Nous Beach: This beach is about an 3-minute by car from the house. It is a white sandy beach with crystal-clear waters, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea.



Portals Nous Marina: The marina is about a 8-minute by car from the house. It's an ideal place for a stroll and to enjoy the boats and yachts in the harbor, grab an ice cream, or enjoy one of its cafes/restaurants.



Bendinat Golf: Bendinat Golf Course is about a 5-minute drive from the house. It is an 18-hole golf course with spectacular views of the sea and mountains.



Katmandu Theme Park: This theme park is about a 10-minute drive from the house. It's an ideal place for family fun with attractions and entertaining shows.

Check-in after 20:00 will incur an extra cost of €35, payable in cash upon arrival.



Smoking inside the property is prohibited. You may smoke outside, but please ensure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.



Maintain cleanliness and order at all times.



You are responsible for disposing of the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the garbage into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.



Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you're not at home or when it's not needed. Also, make sure to close windows and doors to prevent cold or hot air from escaping.



Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you wish to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
