The house is located in a small villa district in the middle of one of the largest contiguous forest nature reserves in Europe, just 800 metres from the Atlantic Ocean. The idyllic location offers a harmonious connection to the surrounding nature and enables a relaxing stay amidst the pine forests and the refreshing breeze of the Atlantic.

Direct access to the cycle path behind the house and to the beach, which can be reached on foot via an idyllic path in just 10 minutes, gives you the opportunity to experience the beauty of Contis Plage to the full. Larger towns such as Hossegor, Biarritz, Bordeaux and sights such as the Dune de Pillars or the vineyards around Bordeaux and the Pyrenees are easily accessible by car for a day trip.

The fully equipped kitchen and open-plan dining area invite you to cook and linger together. A desk with high-speed fibre optic internet and monitor/TV is available for working in a creative environment. The house has two identical bedrooms with a view of the garden and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower. So you can relax in peace and enjoy your privacy. You can sit back and relax on the terrace with dining area and sun loungers or refresh yourself under the outdoor shower. An outdoor plancha and two nearby tennis courts complete the offer. This idyllic home is perfect for nature lovers and design enthusiasts.
