** THE GITE **
L-shaped house adjoining the owners' home. The courtyard at the front of the house is shared, but the owners have a terrace on the other side of the house allowing everyone to enjoy the outdoors without being overlooked. The gîte also has a terrace at the back of the house, with a garden which overlooks the agricultural fields and overlooks the town of Castres.

- dining room facing the bay window (one step between living room and dining room + another step leading to the living room entrance)

Exterior: approximately 1 hectare surrounds the house! The garden is then replaced by the forest, a stream and agricultural fields.
Access to the gîte is via a dead end road of approximately 900 meters where you can then park in front of the house. La Borie Neuve being the last house on this road, you will undoubtedly have a peaceful holiday.
