Der heilklimatische Kurort Schluchsee liegt am gleichnamigen See mitten im Schwarzwald auf 930 bis 1300 Meter.
Der See ist von der Ferienwohnung aus in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Seerundweg, der Jägersteig, der Aussichtspunkt Amalienruhe sowie der Riesenbühlturm bieten verschiedenste Blickwinkel auf den See. Eine Erfrischung im Sommer bietet das Freibad Aqua Fun - direkt am See gelegen - mit Riesenrutsche, Strömungskanal und Kinder-Abenteuer-Spielplatz.

Welcome to our cozy 1-room vacation apartment "Hygge" in Schluchsee.
The climatic health resort of Schluchsee is located on the lake of the same name in the middle of the Black Forest at an altitude of 930 to 1300 meters.
The lake is just a 10-minute walk from the vacation apartment.
The Seerundweg trail, the Jägersteig trail, the Amalienruhe viewpoint and the Riesenbühlturm tower offer a variety of views of the lake. The Aqua Fun outdoor pool - located directly on the lake - offers refreshment in summer with a giant slide, current channel and children's adventure playground.

Zum 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit rund 35m² gehören
- ein kombiniertes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit Kingsizebett (160x200), TV, Essplatz und Küchenzeile
- eine vollausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit 2 Kochfeldern, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Senso-Pad-Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine und Küchengrundausstattung
- ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC und Haartrockner
- ein Balkon (Saisonal mit Balkonmöbeln)

Bei Ihrem Aufenthalt erwartet Sie:
- 1 großes und 1 kleines Handtuch pro Person und Bettwäsche
- kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus
- Fahrradabstellraum
- Trockenraum, kann zum Abstellen von Ski- und Skischuhen genutzt werden
- Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner im Waschkeller (gegen geringe Gebühr, Münzeinwurf)
- es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung
- Haustiere sind in dieser Wohnung leider nicht erlaubt
- WLAN in der Wohnung vorhanden

Mit dem Auto ist die Ferienwohnung gut über die Bundesstraße 500 oder per Zug über Freiburg und dann mit der Höllental- bzw. der Drei-Seen-Bahn zu erreichen. Vom Bahnhof Schluchsee sind es ca. 700m.

In ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichen Sie eine Bäckerei und Einkaufsmöglickeiten für den täglichen Bedarf.
In 4 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie einen Supermarkt.

Dank der Konuskarte, die bei dieser Ferienwohnung dabei ist, können Sie den Schwarzwald mit Bus und Bahn kostenlos erleben.

Der Schluchsee war früher ein Gletschersee und wurde vor rund 90 Jahren aufgestaut. Damit wurde er zur höchstgelegenen Talsperre Deutschlands. Der See hat sich zum Bade- und Wassersportzentrum im südlichen Schwarzwald entwickelt. Erstklassige Sportmöglichkeiten finden Fans des Angelns, Tauchens, Stand-Up-Paddlings, Surfens und Segelns. Im Sommer genießen Ruhesuchende die langen Strände.
Zu wunderschönen Wander- und Biketouren verlockt die herrliche Landschaft um den See. Der Schluchsee ist darüber hinaus auch an den Schluchtensteig angeschlossen.

The 1-room apartment with around 35m² includes
- a combined living room and bedroom with king-size bed (160x200), TV, dining area and kitchenette
- a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge with freezer compartment, stove with 2 hobs, oven, kettle, Senso-Pad coffee machine, dishwasher and basic kitchen equipment
- a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer
- a balcony (seasonal with balcony furniture)

During your stay you can expect:
- 1 large and 1 small towel per person and bed linen
- free parking in front of the house

- Drying room, can be used to store ski and ski boots
- Washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room (for a small fee, coin-operated)

The apartment can be easily reached by car via the main road 500 or by train via Freiburg and then with the Höllental or Drei-Seen-Bahn. The Schluchsee train station is approx. 700m away.

A bakery and shops for your daily needs are just a 10-minute walk away.
You can reach a supermarket in 4 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.

Thanks to the Konus Card, which is included with this vacation apartment, you can experience the Black Forest by bus and train free of charge.

The Schluchsee used to be a glacial lake and was dammed up around 90 years ago. This made it the highest dam in Germany. The lake has developed into a bathing and water sports center in the southern Black Forest. Fans of fishing, diving, stand-up paddling, surfing and sailing will find first-class sporting opportunities. In summer, those seeking peace and quiet can enjoy the long beaches.
The beautiful landscape around the lake is ideal for wonderful hiking and biking tours. The Schluchsee is also connected to the Schluchtensteig trail.
