The Villa Torrevecchia is located in the Tuscan countryside, just about 5 km south east of Orbetello and from the beaches of Monte Argentario away.
The ancient villa Torrevecchia which dates back to the XVI century and was owned by several aristocratic families was completely renovated over the last 3 years.
The west wing consists of 2 apartments – one on the ground and one on the first floor, that are now available for short stays and exclusive holidays in the Tuscan country, close to the sea.
The villa is surrounded by a park-like garden with old olive trees and magnificent flowers and is only about 1.5 km from Orbetello and its beaches.
Both apartments are characterized by an aesthetic and well thought-out interior design, with special attention being paid to the use of the highest quality materials in order to find a harmonious balance between the original character of the house and modern design and contemporary architecture.
The LibraryThe Library is located on the ground floor and can be reached via your private garden on the south side of the villa. With 1 bedroom and bathroom, as well as a sofa bed in the living room it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The rooms are accessed via the open living and kitchen area. This room with its vaulted calling is characterized by 1 access to the garden on the sunny south side of the house and another access on the north to the terrace with more shadow, especially pleasant during the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped, a dinner table and chairs available to eat inside. The sofa is usable as a comfortable sofa bed, if necessary. The TowerThe Tower is on the upper floor and can be reached via an antique staircase made of tufa. With 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
