Three brand-new chalets posed at the Lake of Perche, near the farm of the Bonicarde. With an area of 35 m², they offer a living room with fully equipped kitchen, lounge, two bedrooms, shower room and wc. A nice covered terrace overlooks the Lake. Rooms: 1 double bed double 140x190cm) in one, 3 single beds (80x190cm) in the other with 1 bunk. Electric heating. The Bonicarde farm is located at the foot of the Montagne Noire, between Labruguière and Ursula, near Castres and its agglomeration. In the countryside, at the pretty Lake of Perche, stay quiet, in a cottage brand new and comfortable. You can easily browse the trails and forests of the Montagne Noire and discover its wealth (laugh of Riquet, Abbaye Ecole de Sorèze, etc...). Can you find the sources of the Canal du Midi? Base recreation and swimming in the nearby Saint-Ferréol Lake. At the farm, Cathy and Didier invite you to discover their profession and their expertise.

... Once upon a time there was a small farm in the south of Tarn which allowed its travelers to rest in a small wooden chalet. After feasting on farm produce, their eyes on the small lake nearby, the one-night dreamers fell asleep to the gentle sounds of the countryside. The comfort of their accommodation allowed them to appreciate the silence and calm.
La Ferme de la Bonicarde is located at the foot of the Montagne Noire, between Labruguière and Soual, near Castres and its surrounding area. In the countryside, on the edge of the pretty Perche lake, you will stay in a quiet, wooden chalet. You can easily explore the trails and forests of the Montagne Noire, and discover its riches (Riquet channel, Sorèze Abbey School, etc.). Can you find the sources of the Canal du Midi there? Leisure center and swimming in the nearby Saint-Ferréol lake.

** THE COTTAGE **
With a surface area of 35m², the chalet offers a living room with kitchen area, lounge area, then two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. A pretty covered terrace overlooks the lake. Two steps to access the terrace and therefore the chalet which is then on one level.
Access to the chalet via a passable dirt road, after crossing the farm. The chalets are located approximately 300 meters after the farm with private parking.
* Kitchen equipped with a 2-burner hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, combined microwave grill and top fridge with freezer.
* Lounge area with bench seat and TV
* Bedroom with a double bed 140x190cm
* Second bedroom with 3 single beds 80x190cm including a high bed for children (wooden ladder)
* Bathroom with shower and single sink
* Independent toilet
Electric heating.
Exteriors to “share” with the other chalet on site; but you have a large plot of land all around the lake. Needless to say, there is no shortage of space outside! The stone barbecue (charcoal) is shared with the other chalet, as well as access to the small shed where the washing machine is located, books and games to share.
On site, possibility of simultaneously renting the second Bonicarde chalet, of the same configuration (5 people with 2 bedrooms), located a few meters away: reference G8001 on Gîtes de France. The third chalet, last, is occupied all year round by farm employees.
** THE LAKE: swimming prohibited (strongly not recommended) but fishing enthusiasts will be won over! No lake surveillance or barriers.
** THE FARM: Didier and Cathy will invite you to discover their profession and their know-how. You can wander freely on the farm and approach the animals. For 3 generations, the Bonicarde farm has been offering their customers quality local products: artisanal and traditional charcuterie with authentic flavors that you can find on the square, in the farm shop. Local products directly from the producer to the consumer's plate guaranteed!
