Depending on the season, you can also take advantage of the secure swimming pool (10 x 5 x 1.30 m) as well as the various relaxation areas and table tennis table. The property is located just 5 minutes' walk from the village, 15 minutes' drive from a large shopping area (Claira-Salenca), 15 minutes from Perpignan city centre (with its train station) and 10 minutes from the airport. The property has ample parking. As the terraces of the gîtes are not completely closed off from each other, we would ask you to be careful with your pets so as not to disturb neighbouring guests. Then, on the lounge side, access by stairs to an unenclosed bedroom with a double bed. The discreet owners live on site. In another building, three other gîtes for 4 people each have been converted.
