Villa Alpa 7 near the sandy beach with private jacuzzi

The Villa Alpa is located near the beach in the Umag-Punta area preferred by tourists, due to the variety of beaches and the coast surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of different species of evergreen shrubs, pines, and cypresses. The area is quiet but still central. Close to the tennis courts where the renowned Umag Open Croatia ATP tennis tournament has been taking place for years.
The house offers 7 apartments for 2 to 6 people and a roof terrace with Jacuzzi.

The house offers 7 apartments for rent of which one for 2 people, 3 for 2+2 people, and 3 for 4+2 people.
The magnificent apartment number 7 is located on the first floor. Furnished in a modern and luxurious style with a lot of care and love. It has two rooms with double beds (160x200), wardrobes, bedside tables and night lamps, and bed linen provided (changed weekly). The complete bathroom with bathtub, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The 27m2 "open space" living area consists of a kitchen area equipped with a kitchen island, oven, fridge with freezer area, electric ceramic hob with 4 hobs, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery, pots and pans. The dining area with dining table and 6 chairs. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed for two people, a coffee table, two armchairs, an air conditioner, a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection. At the entrance, there is a covered terrace (8m2) with a garden view furnished with a table and chairs. From the terrace at the entrance, there is also access to apartment number 6 next door. From the apartment a private staircase to reach the roof terrace equipped with a private hot tub, deck chairs, and umbrella.

The house is located on the 730 m2 plot and equipped with a small garden with children's games, free private parking in front of the house, a large terrace on the roof of the house equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas, and a private hydromassage tub for 6 people (2x2 m), all available for private and free use. Bicycles are available for a fee

* We ask our kind guests:

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the collection of the keys.

Punta-Umag
The area of ​​Punta Umago where the apartment is located in the most beautiful tourist area of ​​Umag, known since Roman times. The neighborhood is quiet and sunny, made up of private houses embellished with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants and some buildings. The area is equipped with two parks with games for children near the beaches, free outdoor gym equipment on the seafront, and magnificent lawns, groves. In the area, there are 3 hotels, tennis courts, numerous bars, excellent restaurants offering fish menus, the ACI marina, petrol station, supermarket. The neighborhood is an excellent choice for those who love tranquility and comfort due to its proximity to the seafront and the various beaches.
The nearby beaches are varied to satisfy every need, sandy, rocky, pebbly, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make their variety unique and the coast is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of different species of evergreen shrubs, pines, and cypresses that allows you to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters, as the structure of the beaches changes.
The center of Umag is easily reachable on foot in 10-20 minutes.
From the tourist village of Katoro along the coast passing through the Punta area, the tourist train travels to the center of Umag and vice versa.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag dam named “Diga”, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, go shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the promenade for the delight of children. To buy more groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, the adrenaline park Jangalooz for children with minigolf course near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino’, possibility of various boat or bus trips.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings we recommend making unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been taking place in late July for years. Livade, the town known for its white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wishing to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small marvelous Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited with organized excursions. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized, with picnics based on fish or meat during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
