More than 30 years ago we started our family-run horse farm, which is located in the Unterauerhell district in the small wine village of Weiler with 500 inhabitants. Nestled in the Nahe valley and surrounded by vineyards and mixed forests, we are closely connected with nature here.

In the beginning we ran the small horse farm only for our own horses, gradually guest horses were added.

Enthusiastic about trail riding and the preference for hospitality, we converted our old wine tasting room into a trail rider's room and lounge and from then on accommodated riders, carriage drivers and their horses who were looking for a roof over their heads on their ride.

Since the beginning of 2023 we can accommodate not only our equestrian friends in our guesthouse Unterauerhell but also all other nature lovers, outdoor sports enthusiasts, peace seekers and families with children.

Weiler is a small wine village located in the beautiful Nahe valley on the southern edge of the Hunsrück. In only 3 minutes you are on the B41 and can start either in the direction of Bad Kreuznach or Idar-Oberstein. Our home is hilly with lots of forest, fields and vineyards. Nature lovers will get their money's worth here. Here it is called: Let your soul dangle and enjoy. In the village there is a baker who offers fresh baked goods daily in the morning.

In the near vicinity are the towns of Bad Sobernheim and Kirn with many sights, great shopping and leisure activities (swimming pools, barefoot path, skywalk, a good network of hiking and biking trails, ...).

Are you looking for a quiet vacation apartment for your next vacation or a retreat after a hard day at work? - then you will find it with our guesthouse Unterauerhell.

Our rustic apartment is located on the outskirts of the village and is suitable for riders, hikers, motorcyclists, mountain bikers, fitters ... and families with children.

The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishes, ...) Living and dining room offer enough space for game nights in convivial company, the sofa bed and recliner invite you to relax.

The apartment has 3 rooms for 2 persons each. Our room *SILVA* is equipped with 2 single beds, dresser, a wardrobe and 2 chairs, room *TEBBY* has a double bed, dresser, closet and a small sitting area with table and 2 chairs. For the children and adventurous guests, our room *ROMY* has a bunk bed, a closet and 2 chairs with a table. The spacious bathroom offers 2 sinks with a large mirror, a shower, toilet and washing machine. You can park directly at the house.

The apartment is smoke-free. Smokers can make themselves comfortable on benches in front of the front door.

Dogs are welcome guests. So that the four-legged friends also sleep well, we provide dog blankets.

Service

The prices are generally indicated per person and night and are generally inclusive of VAT. Not included are for example visitor's tax and additional costs. You pay these on the spot.

Cancellation

The accommodation contract can be cancelled at any time by unilateral written declaration. Please note that we charge the following fees in case of cancellation. The date of the postmark is valid. In case of cancellation before the 42nd day we charge a handling fee of 20,00 € per booking. In case of cancellation from the 42nd day to the 22nd day before departure, 40% of the tour price may be charged. If the cancellation is made later than 21 days before departure, 80% of the travel price can be charged. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Payment

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit must be paid within 8 days. The deposit is to be transferred by the responsible person for all fellow travelers. The remaining amount of the stay is to be paid in cash on the spot or by separate arrangement.

Liability

The provisions of the Civil Code apply. The conditions agreed upon at the time of booking are binding for both parties. If you have any reason to complain, please do not hesitate to inform us directly. We will do our best and provide immediate remedy. Later complaints cannot be accepted. Claims for damages must be addressed directly to us.

Other

The person causing the damage is liable for any damage caused intentionally or negligently. We cannot accept any liability for lost items.

Data protection

With the completion of the booking, data in the sense of the Federal Data Protection Act will be collected. This data is necessary to process your booking. If you do not wish your address data to be stored, please let us know. We will arrange for your data to be deleted from our address management system immediately. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
