Spacious and comfortable villa with a large private pool located in the exclusive Son Bauló urbanization, on the outskirts of C'an Picafort. Ideal for groups and families, even 2 small families with children.
It is located on the outskirts of the town, which is ideal for those who do not want to go too far from the town, but without being in the bustling center.
Our beautiful accommodation lends itself to a pleasant stay without the need for a rental car, as you can walk to both the supermarket (LIDL – 200 m.) and the beach, the sea, bars and restaurants (no more of 700 m.). There are also bus and taxi stops very close.
The house has a ground and upper floor and in all its rooms it has hot/cold air conditioning.
Through the main door we enter directly into a large, very bright living-dining room. It has direct access and views to the pool and garden.
In another large room we find the kitchen connected to a living room where there is a Smart TV with channels in all languages. It also has two direct exits to the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is even a faucet with osmosis purified water. With it you save having to buy and carry water bottles from the supermarket.
The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds.
A small staircase that starts from the kitchen leads down to the garage, located on the -1 floor. There is a table tennis table and a small bathroom with a shower. There is also the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The garage is not available to store cars, since the entrance is not very suitable, but there is always plenty of parking on the street and of course free.
On the upper floor we find the rest of the bedrooms, one of them the main one with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms and another full bathroom. Two bedrooms also have a ceiling fan.
Outside, everything is designed to make the most of the good weather and heat. There are two porches with comfortable sofas and a pergola with a large outside table right next to the barbecue. The pool has 22 m2 and a depth of 1.40 m. at 1.70 m. in the deepest part. The water purification system works with salt. There is also an outside shower.

High season (from May to October, both included) 2.2€/adults/night during the first 8 nights. From 9th night, 1.1€/adult/night.
