The apartment is located in NW OT Gimmeldingen / new development area the Herzogstrasse is the district boundary Königsbach - Gimmeldingen. Königsbach is a state-recognized resort on the edge of the Haard on a slight hill close to the forest. At the König Ludwig Pavilion you have a wonderful view of the Rhine plain - in good weather you can see Worms Cathedral and Speyer Cathedral - as far as the Black Forest and Odenwald.
The center of Neustadt an der Weinstraße as the center of the wine route can be reached by car in eight minutes by car, but also the center of Deidesheim.
The apartment is located in a very well-kept and quiet residential complex in Herzogstrasse in Königsbach / Gimmeldingen and has a small beautiful private garden.
The bus stops to Neustadt and Deidesheim/ Bad Dürkheim can be reached in three minutes.
The FEWO can be reached by public transport, the bus stop is very close by in Herzogstrasse.
The NW Nord motorway is about five kilometres away.
Public car parking spaces are available in Herzogstrasse.
This holiday flat, built in 2023, is located in a very quiet and well-kept residential complex on the ground floor and can be reached via seven steps.
The 50 square metre flat with a double bed and a sofa bed has been freshly renovated and furnished. Two to three people can enjoy some peace and quiet here.
I have been using this flat as my practice for 35 years - now I have redesigned it so that I can also use it as a holiday apartment and offer my experience as a relaxation therapist and psychological counsellor to my guests.
I have used this flat as a practice for many years and can therefore offer my guests a special programme or for couples there is the possibility of a new time together.
For women there is an individual well-being/wellness programme (Monday-Friday) to choose from: various mediations with sound instruments, massages - a break from everyday life. You are welcome to contact us before your arrival to plan your programme.
When you enter the flat you come into a spacious hallway / cloakroom, it is equipped with a large wardrobe and various chairs and cushions for the terrace area.
To the right is the refurbished bright shower room / WC, hairdryer.
In the large approx. 30 square metre living/bedroom there is a table on the left which can be used in many ways. On the real side is an orthopaedic sofa bed (2x2m) and in front of the large window is the bed (2x2 m) equipped with orthopaedic mattresses.
The balcony door leads to a large covered terrace area and an outdoor seating area with a view of the garden; there are sturdy, high-quality sun loungers.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking as well as a Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and kettle.
Storage space for suitcases, TV and WLAN are available.
Public parking spaces are available on Herzogstrasse in front of the house.
