Freshly renovated, this 40m² dovecote comfortably accommodates 2 adults, up to 4 peolples with children. In addition to being well equipped, this dovecote offers an ideal location for visiting the Tarn and its surroundings.
If you feel like it, you can even forget your car for a weekend! The station is 600 meters walk from the dovecote. You can then reach all the everyday shops just 1km away. However, you will still be quiet, because the road in front of the dovecote has little traffic.
You are halfway between Toulouse and Albi with its famous cathedral listed as a UNESCO Heritage site, you are not far from the famous bastides and vineyards either. You walk the land of bricks, land of wine, land of encounters! A wide range of discoveries and activities are easily accessible from Le Pigeonnier de Bracou.
**THE DOVECOTE**
Located in the owners' courtyard, each is independent and not overlooked. You access the dovecote from a terrace which will be enhanced in spring 2024.
Ground floor: air-conditioned living room with lounge area, TV and board games, dining table. Fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, Nespresso® pod coffee maker and French press coffee maker (no dishwasher). The 3 air conditioning systems are reversible.

Small bathroom with large shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.
On the first floor, on the air-conditioned landing, a 90cm single bed, ideal for a first child or extra bed. Just above, on the second, slightly narrower floor, a second 90cm bed.
Outside: terrace area in front of the entrance with dining table, barbecue and parasol. Small shaded garden all around the dovecote from which you will see the owners' chickens. Parking space right in front of the entrance to the dovecote.
