Rural house 15 minutes from Ronda

Rural accommodation located in La Cimada, a municipality near Ronda, which you can get to know extensively, its location from the accommodation does not exceed 15 minutes by car.

The plot is completely fenced and borders other plots for agricultural use (on some occasions the animals can generate typical field noises), although it is not a cause for concern, it is a very quiet area and easy access to get to know the entire Serranía de Ronda.

The exterior of the plot presents a beautiful natural space dominated by a swimming pool. Being in a natural environment, the soil is the same terrain, there is no natural grass.

You can take shelter under a century-old walnut tree, enjoy the pool while on a small side porch or enjoying the front porch of the accommodation, which, having direct access to the kitchen, will always have something to snack on hand. These exteriors can become a place of rest and relaxation, although they will also provide many moments of fun if you travel with children or teenagers in the family.

The architecture of the house is three floors, (ground floor, first floor and second floor) it has two flights of stairs to the east and west that will give access to the bedrooms, although only on the east side is the flight of stairs towards the bedrooms on the second floor and an outdoor terrace with very beautiful views.

At your entrance, the accommodation offers you a living-dining room with a large fireplace for your enjoyment, a living room and access to a separate kitchen, you will also have a small toilet that will be comfortable if you are enjoying the pool. The living room has a television and sofas to rest, meet or watch your favorite series. You will enjoy an extra and more isolated rest if you go to the living room area, where, being separated and partially sheltered by the east staircase, you will have that privacy that you need within the family nucleus.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need so that it is not a problem to prepare your lunches, with direct access to the outside, you will be in contact with what is happening outside. Also from the kitchen you will have access to the west staircase, where you will access the first floor, where a hallway will take you to the bedrooms and upper bathroom, and will also lead to the staircase that will take you to the second floor.

On the first floor we will find three bedrooms, all three with balconies, space to store your luggage and distributed throughout them, two double beds in two of the bedrooms, and a third with two single beds.

On the second floor we will find two spacious, attic-style bedrooms, especially one of them that has three single beds, the second bedroom on the floor has a double bed. Both have exterior windows and space to store your luggage. Also on this floor, you will have access to a terrace where you can see the pool and the views offered by the accommodation's location.
