This modern, stylish holiday villa benefits from two lovely ensuite bedrooms, each with their own veranda. There is also a huge sofa bed in the living area, providing additional sleeping accommodation for 2 persons.
This gorgeous villa also boasts three full bathrooms, two ensuite bathrooms and one separate bathroom. A modern, fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher and coffee maker and full range of cooking utensils. There is also a storage room with a washing machine. The villa has been decorated and furnished in a wonderfully tasteful style by the Italian owners.
The living area is spacious and light. Patio doors lead to the outside private heated (in April, May, October and November) pool and dining area, where you will find a BBQ with plenty of preparation space. The pretty garden is well tended with beautiful mediterranean trees and plants.
This villa, being so close to Gennadi, means that you can take advantage of all the amenities the lovely traditional village of Gennadi has to offer. There is a fabulous bakery for fresh bread and other delights that you can stroll to in the mornings, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, post office, a pharmacy and a doctor.
The local beach is also just a 10-minute walk and is lined with three excellent fish tavernas right on the sand.
There are also a couple of great beach bars which are just a few minutes’ drive from the villa.

Patio doors lead out to the outside dining area and private pool. The dining area is fully covered with an attractive wooden pergola, providing that much needed shade for summer dining. There is a purpose built BBQ with plenty of preparation space. The Private Pool benefits from steps leading down which can also act as seats - a nice place to relax and cool off even if you do not want to swim! The pretty garden area with mediterranean flowers and trees, There is also a private parking area with a large gate providing privacy and security. The villa even has the added benefit of having it´s own emergency water tank which switches on automatically if the local water cuts off for any reason. This of course does not happen often but it is great to know that you will never be without water!

Villa Pollux is ideally situated just outside the lovely Greek village of Gennadi. If you want a taste of real Greek village life then this is the place to be! As well as it's authenticity, Gennadi has some great restaurants and bars to enjoy. There is also a pharmacy, medical centre, bakery and supermarket. Everything you need for your villa stay. And the best thing is that you can just stroll into the village to pick up groceries or for your evening meal.
As well as the great village amenities, Gennadi beach is also just a few minutes walk. This beautiful unspoilt beach has 3 excellent seafood tavernas to choose from, all serving fresh fish and other local delicacies. The sea water on Gennadi beach is crystal clear - perfect for your daily swim.
For those with a car, a trip to the south of Rhodes is not complete without a visit to the world famous Kite Surfing and Windsurfing beach of Prassonissi which is just a 15 minute drive away. On your way down south you will pass the chillout bar - Mojito - lounge on one of the hammocks as you take in those beautiful pink evening skies!
