Just 20 minutes from the beaches of Le Barcarès and 30 minutes from Canet-plage, at the foot of the Cathar castles and on the wine route, in the heart of a 2-hectare property of olive trees and garrigue, you will enjoy your stay in one of the gîtes located on the heights of the village of Cases de Pène, in the heart of nature. Depending on the season, you can also take advantage of the secure swimming pool (10 x 5 x 1.30 m) as well as the various relaxation areas and table tennis table. The property is located just 5 minutes' walk from the village, 15 minutes' drive from a large shopping area (Claira-Salenca), 15 minutes from Perpignan city centre (with its train station) and 10 minutes from the airport. The property has ample parking. A staircase leads up to the 3 adjoining, single-storey gîtes, which are arranged one after the other, while each private terrace can be separated by a retractable bay window. As the terraces of the gîtes are not completely closed off from each other, we would ask you to be careful with your animals so as not to disturb neighbouring guests.
