Our new building is completed and a unique vacation apartment is ready for you to move in. We would be pleased if they would spend your vacation with us, at the ocean of the Alps, the beautiful Achensee.
The location of our apartment is ideal: Only 10 min. walking distance to the lake, very close is the leisure center Atoll Achensee with a bathing beach, the bus stop, the pier, the boat rental, tennis courts and the cross-country skiing trail at the lake. The cycling and hiking trails start directly at the house.
Our new apartment "Auszeit am See" is equipped with large windows all around. You have the feeling of sitting outside in the green or in a winter landscape all year round and are fascinated by the beautiful Achensee, framed by the Karwendel and Rofan mountains.
The size of the apartment is 69 m2. In the living room is a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining area for 4 people, a high-quality fitted kitchen with complete equipment such as Miele electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, porcelain from Villeroy&Boch, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils of the best quality. Sat-TV and Wifi available. From the living room you come through the large sliding glass door out to the loggia and balcony. Enjoy there the wonderful lake view. Through the green terrace you can directly reach the adjacent forest. The bathroom with shower is nicely equipped, the toilet is in a separate room. Towels are plenty available. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a large wardrobe and a TV. Bed linen included. The large vestibule with wardrobe offers plenty of space. Full glazing offers a view of the pristine forest. Parking and lockable storage room for sports equipment available.
