Welcome to the holiday home Haus Rosi. Our cozy and lovingly furnished holiday home is located in the center of the village in an idyllic and quiet location. Due to the proximity to the town of Neustadt an der Weinstraße, you can enjoy numerous leisure activities and sights in the area. The house Rosi is a traditional sandstone house, which provides a cozy atmosphere. Thanks to its large garden you can enjoy nature and relax. The landscaped terrace is the perfect spot for sunbathing or reading a book. A covered patio is available for cozy evenings, offering protection from rain and wind. The house offers enough space for up to six people. It has four comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room with a library and a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a bathtub. Enjoy your stay at Haus Rosie and explore the beautiful surroundings, which are equally suitable for wine lovers, hikers and cyclists. Haus Rosi is located in one of the smallest districts north of the town of Neustadt an der Weinstraße, where the forest kisses the vines and is one of the most sought-after residential areas in the Palatinate, not least because of the beautiful view over the vast vineyards. The old village center with the country residence of the auxiliary bishop of Speyer built in 1759 and the parish church of St. John enchants with narrow corners and alleys. The Gothic tower of the church contrasts stylistically with the Baroque nave. Inside is a winged altar and one of the last three altarpieces in the Palatinate from the 15th century: it shows the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ against a golden background. Here begins a pilgrimage route with twelve stations through the Klausental to the "Chapel of the Fourteen Holy Helpers", which has been lying alone in the wooded valley since the 14th century.
