The island of Krk is the largest island in Croatia, and is full of attractions to which it takes only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. The motorway and airport are also nearby. Krk town has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and the remains of the ancient Romans while the town of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum.
