up to 60 days before the start of the trip: 0% of the travel price
60 to 45 days before the start of the trip: 30% of the trip price
45 to 30 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the trip price
30 to 15 days before the start of the trip: 60% of the travel price
15 to 7 days before the start of the trip: 80% of the travel price
7 days until the day the trip begins and in the event of no-show 90% of the travel price.
The guest expressly reserves the right to prove that we actually incurred no costs or incurred lower costs than the flat-rate costs claimed. In this case, the guest is only obliged to pay the lower costs.
