Here at the Mühlner Badesee, a fully equipped holiday home for 7 people awaits you with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen (dishwasher, coffee filter & Nespresso machine) and a cosy living room. On your own terrace you will find an awning for shade, deck chairs, a hammock, a wooden set and a brick barbecue. Your home well for cool drinks is ready and waiting.
The holiday home can be rented throughout the year!
For a pleasant warmth, the house is heated with modern woodchip heating, the photovoltaic system supports the power supply.

Herb garden, guided hikes, swimming, fishing, table tennis, volleyball, large children's playground and children's entertainment. The cosy guesthouse with sun terrace is also open during this time.
Treat yourself to the breakfast pastry service including homemade jams, organic honey, farm butter, organic eggs and fresh bottled milk! Enjoy specialities from the farm's own organic Zirbitz lamb, homemade Brettljausen, soups, pizzas, barbecue evenings, roast and kettle goulash evenings. Homemade pastries, good Styrian "HORNIG" coffee & homemade herbal teas invite you to linger while reading the newspaper or having a cosy chat. And when it's nice and warm, enjoy one of our lovingly prepared ice cream sundaes.
More than 100 km of marked hiking and cycling trails await you in the hiking village of Mühlen. Here you will also find a shop, a doctor with a first-aid kit, a foot & nail care, a hairdresser and recommendable inns!
Don't miss the hiking trails, especially the "Via Natura", and the excursion destinations of the Zirbitzkogel - Grebenzen Nature Park (from the Steinschloss Ruin to the NaturLese Museum)!
Holiday in winter
Enjoy the peace and quiet, the fresh air on long walks. The wonderful winter weather with all its facets! The panorama from the lake to the alpine pasture. Our house is heated with wood chips. Do you want it romantic? Then you can light the wood fireplace in the living room and enjoy the warming play of flames through the glass.
Visit us at the sheep farm! You can marvel at our sheep and also buy a hearty snack.
In the nature park, a ski lift awaits you at the Tonnerhütte, the Grebenzen family ski area with FIS course, top cross-country ski trails, ice skating on natural ponds, curling, ski tours and snowshoe hikes, the Wildbad thermal baths, indoor golf and Almwellness at the Tonnerhütte.
