This brand-new apartment is located on the ground floor in a small private condominium in a quiet area of Lagos, within walking distance of the centre of town and several beaches including the Blue Flag beach 'Porto de Mós'.



This is one of 3 beautiful apartments within this block that are available to rent from Destination Algarve.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 persons, which means that we can accommodate up to 12 persons in total in this location (subject to availability).



Please note that these apartments officially have 1 bedroom - but all have a second full-size room that is used as a bedroom (as shown in the photos).



The master bedroom has a king-size bed (160cm x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower.



The second bedroom has twin beds (90cm x 200cm) which can be put together to make a super-king sized bed (180cm x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Both bedrooms benefit from blackout blinds to ensure a good night's sleep.



The fully-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.

The washing machine is situated in a cupboard on the sunny terrace.



The apartment is fully-furnished to a high standard with a large flat-screen TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi and electric blinds in the living room and bedrooms.



The terrace is equipped with outside furniture including an outdoor dining table and chairs - ideal for having a meal in the open air - as well as sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.



This apartment benefits from direct access to a gorgeous shared swimming pool – and children's pool. Sun loungers are available for use on the sun terrace surrounding the pool.



Free parking (in a designated parking space) is available near the entrance to the apartment.



As this apartment is on the ground-floor and does not have any steps internally, it is ideal for families with small children or those with reduced mobility.



The apartment is well-located near shops, bars, restaurants and the town centre all within a 20 minute walk.

Porto de Mós beach is within a 15-20 minute walk of the apartment, as well as other well-known beaches such as ‘Praia Dona Ana’ and ‘Praia do Camilo’.



There is a new boardwalk close by that follows the coastline near 'Ponta da Piedade' with fantastic views - including the bay of Lagos.

All guests are required to respect the condominium rules which state that - among other things - inflatables and water guns cannot be used in or near the pool, jumping into the pool is forbidden, and noise levels must be respected.

These rules are in place for the benefit of - and should be respected by - everybody staying within the condominium.

Quiet hours are from 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.
