Pretty close to the living area there is a glossy kitchen where cooking is anything but a chore and have light breakfasts and gourmet dinners. Actea Seaview Villa I is suitable for guests with mobility needs. Upon request, the bedroom on the ground floor can be converted into a bedroom for guests with mobility needs with a single mattress of 0.80x2.00. The bathroom on the same floor is already prepared for those guests, Last but not least, a pool lift can be added upon request at the swimming pool.

Outdoor facilities
The spacious outdoor area offers panoramic sea views to the early sunrises, offering them beautiful sunsets too. Enjoy the sun and a good book under the sun! Last but not least for lovers of cocktails and drinks you can enjoy one right next to the dining area where you can relax and have some fun moments with your loved ones. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside the villa.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.

Due to its location, the last 300m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.

From 2024, there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
