We, the MERKs, are a family with Lautrer roots. In 2017, we moved from the Western Palatinate to this little house in Neustadt, which - how could it be otherwise - was built *world-beating* in 1954 from solid bricks. Two generations later we were lucky enough to acquire this little gem at first hand. In the years that followed, we renovated it piece by piece with loving attention to detail. The fantastic location, centrally located on the wine route, offers the opportunity to explore the playful & fabulous city center adventurously on foot. The location, situated at the foot of the Weinbiet, invites you to take a walk over the Mandelring, along the dreamlike Haardt, with the breathtaking views over the Rhine plain towards Gimmeldingen, Mußbach, passing a number of renowned wineries.  And there is our rose garden, which shines directly in front of our front door. A sea of flowers with fascinating old trees. Here begins the Almond Tree Alley, spectacular at almond blossom time in the spring, with its white to pink glow. The almond avenue begins at our doorstep and extends to Königsbach, Deidesheim & beyond. There is so much love in detail here, half-timbered houses, souls of the wine route, if you like to open your eyes and appreciate things, you will love it here. And the Palatinate you.

Welcome to our vacation home Weinstraßenliebe in Neustadt at the beautiful Rosengarten.
The vacation apartment Mandelbäumchen am Rosengarten is a 2-room apartment with a shower bath. The apartment with separate entrance is comfortably furnished and has a pretty built-in country kitchen with SMEG and Miele appliances, including a dishwasher. The garden may be shared by our vacation guests, as well as our small training area, which is ideal for yoga & Pilates as well as the one or other small workout. Enough parking spaces for bicycles or e-bikes are also available with us.
