Rise in the Tarn Valley
In the heart of the hills, the small village of Assac is 460m above sea level, overlooking the Albigeois Mountains. The peninsula of Ambialet is below, only 8km from your hotel. To swim, in addition to the pool of the cottage, you can follow the river Tarn and go to Trebas Plage, 10km.
The world of nature par excellence, Trébas is certified Blue Flag, symbol of exemplary environmental quality and Station Verte. It is well known, in the South «Fach cau» (it is necessary hot as we say)! Then this is the perfect opportunity to canoe, fish or paddle!
THE COTTAGE: house adjoining that of the owners. Retired farmers, farm buildings are still present but the dairy sheep have gone to the neighbor at 250 meters. Thus, you have a large unlined ground and various spaces all around you. Large concrete courtyard in front of the cottage.
Ground floor with closed entrance:
- Dining room open to the equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo®, kettle...)
- Living room with sofas, table football, TV, window door to go outside. A first staircase leads to the floor
- Bathroom with shower and sink in a hallway to the left of the kitchen. Separate toilet. At the end of this corridor, access to the boiler and the garage with a room where bicycles of all sizes are available for free.
- Still on the ground floor, bedroom of 19m² to the right of the entrance. Double bed 160x200cm and wardrobe.
The floor is accessible from 2 different stairs. The first from the living room, which has 3 bedrooms and the bathroom, and the second from the entrance, which has 2 bedrooms. The floor is not separate, but the passage from one staircase to the other is through a bedroom as long as part of the house remains under construction.
- Bedroom of 19m² with double bed 140x190cm, cot and sofa bed,
- Room "through" of 25m² with a double bed of 140x190cm and wardrobes,
- 22m² room with two double beds 140x190cm each,
- Bedroom of 12m² with double bed 140x190cm
- Bathroom with bath and shower. Double basin and electric towel dryer
- Separate toilet with washing machine

The exteriors are to be shared with the owners who live there. Pool to be shared with the grandchildren when they are present. Dimensions: 5x10m and 1.35m deep with opening space and steps. Swimming pool open from June to September and secured by a roller shutter and barriers. Solarium and outdoor shower. Barbecue/ plancha available for the cottage.
Parking in front of the cottage, on the concrete courtyard. WIFI but low telephone network in places. Wind turbines located more than 500 meters, but they do not get along from the cottage.
A travelling baker comes to the house twice a week. For those who prefer salty, neighbouring farmers sell on the farm less than 2km around cottage: cheese, charcuterie, pork and lamb meat...
