In the Tarn, 8 km from Cordes sur Ciel, 1 hour from Toulouse airport, the Mas du Payssel has been renovated to combine authenticity and modernity. The decoration and the equipment of the Mas du Payssel will allow you to gather your family and friends in a relaxing environment.
The layout has been imagined to gather several families: The Mas du Payssel is a set of 3 independent accommodations, divided into two large houses:
1- La Vigneronne, 6 persons (Ref. G1805)
2- La Familiale, 6 to 10 persons (Ref. G1806)
3- The Loft, 6 persons (Ref. G1807)
By renting the whole Mas du Payssel (Ref. G1808), you will be able to gather 22 people, or modulate and rent only one or two accommodations.
Located in the middle of the countryside, in the middle of our fields, you will be able to rest and enjoy the peace of the Tarn.
The Mas du PAYSSEL is a space of 430 m2 : 130m² for the family house - 130m² for the loft and 170 m² for the vineyard, 3 living rooms, 3 equipped kitchens, 9/10 rooms, 4 showers, 5 toilets which will be at your disposal for Tarn vacations.

La Vigneronne du Mas du Payssel:
It is the first house of the whole.
Large bay windows will allow you to take advantage of the perfect exposure of this house, and of its luminosity from the first hours of the day. From the large kitchen, you can access the cozy living room. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms and an office space in which the bench can be transformed into a bed. Each room, including the bench, has a 160*200 bed and comfortable bedding.
The bathroom is located on the first floor, and independent toilets are on the first and first floor.
The capacity of this winegrower is 6/8 persons. Part of the garden/terrace is fully fenced. A gas barbecue/plancha will be at your disposal. A ping-pong table, and a plug to recharge your electric car complete the facilities of this first house.
The family house of Mas du Payssel :
This is the second house.
With a more traditional architecture, the large kitchen open to the dining room will allow you to all meet. 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and two independent toilets are on the same level, and the whole overlooks the terrace and the pool.
The stones, the beams, the wooden floors create a warm atmosphere conducive to relaxation and idleness of the vacations.
All the bedding is 160*200, bunk beds have been added in the largest room. The capacity of the large family house is 10 persons.
Le Loft du Payssel :
The former attic of the family house has become a loft!
The access is independent from the one of the big family house. The layout is modern, but the stones and the wood have been preserved. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the larger one also has bunk beds. The capacity of the loft is 6 persons. A billiard table is at your disposal in this space.
The exteriors are composed of large terraces spread around each dwelling, and the terrace of the big house has been imagined to gather all of you, by the pool.
The pool has a progressive bottom from 90cm of water to 170cm. This way, the whole family can enjoy it!
The pool benefits from a double security: the cover with bar (obligatory regulation element), and a fence.
A charcoal barbecue, a gas barbecue, a swing, a petanque area, a ping-pong table, a badminton equipment... will allow you to enjoy your afternoons and evenings.
The Mas du Payssel is close to Cordes sur Ciel, in the heart of the Tarnese Tuscany. On foot, by bike, by car, you can easily discover the Tarn from your vacation home.

In order to allow you to travel light, the rental includes beds made on your arrival, towels, dish towels, toiletries (shower gel, toilet paper, household products ...).
The cleaning service is included in the price of the rental, subject to respecting the internal regulations.
The arrival is from 5 pm on Saturday and late arrivals are possible. It is to be agreed together.
The departure is at 9 am on Saturday.
Outside the months of July and August, the arrival and departure times can be changed. This is to be agreed upon before booking.
