The Asitzbahnen (within 6 km) brings you to the ski circus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang with 60 lifts and more than 200 km of groomed pistes, ski bus stop in front of the house! Cross-country skiing trail and walking paths from your doorstep, lake for bathing in 5 km, indoor swimming pool and tennis in 4 km, longest summer sledding run of Austria, 3 km. You can order bread rolls by phone. Behind the farmhouse is a shed with cows and horses. Horse-back riding or horse-drawn carriages in winter to explore the surrounding area.

Upper floor: 2 double rooms, 2 four-bed rooms with double bed and if required bunk bed (additional costs), 1 toilet, 1 shower. Entry to the annexe with 1 double room, 1 shower/toilet, new breakfast kitchen with seating corner, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, satellite TV and balcony. Heating with tiled stove and oil-fired central heating. In front of the house is a garden with seats and a barbecue.
