In the heart of the medieval village of Lautrec, elected one of the 15 most beautiful villages in France.
You will appreciate our gastronomy and our wines as well as the typical French lifestyle and will be able to visit our famous markets of Realmont on Wednesday, Lautrec on Friday and Revel and Castres on Saturday.
Lautrec allows departures by hiking or cycling from the village. You can park your car nearby and do everything on foot.
This house lends itself to rest, to enjoy our beautiful region: Castres, Albi, Ambialet, Cordes sur Ciel and the vineyards of Gaillacois.
Large family house of 240 m² completely renovated on three levels. We have kept the old floor tiles, stone walls and some beautiful beams and have modernized it. On the ground floor you will find a small games room, a large kitchen of 25 m² and a living room of 40 m². On the first floor you will find three bedrooms with closet, a bathroom, toilet, laundry. On the top floor a large master suite of 60 m² with a magnificent view of the mill of Lautrec and its valley.
The house is facing south and remains cool and pleasant during the summer thanks to its stone walls. The top floor is nevertheless equipped with air conditioning for more comfort on hot days because the room has large windows offering a magnificent view of the mill of Lautrec and the valley. All the windows overlook the garden and bring a beautiful brightness.
Grassy garden of 150 m², dining area under an arbor in the shade of a glycine and private salt pool (8x3,80m) with a beach on which children can play; the pool is secured by an electric shutter integrated.
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen piano and two ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, a classic coffee maker, an Italian coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker as well as a kettle and a grill.
