In the heart of the Black Mountain, halfway between Montpellier and Toulouse, 45 km from Carcassonne, take advantage of all the comfort inside and outside to gather on a hectare of wooded land along the river.
On the spot, what to occupy the little ones and the big ones: a large garden with a portico, a boulodrome, a kiosk to palabrer while watching the children; and below a stream, formidable field of exploration for all, lined with majestic trees, and hammocks to rest... Nearby: lakes, Accobranche, canyoning, golf, hiking trails, medieval village...
The lodgings of the Doul can accommodate up to 21 people with comfort. The layout of the place allows everyone to keep his pace: 3 living places, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 15 beds, 7wc.
The various spaces in detail:
- a large meeting room of 55m², with a full kitchen and three large tables for 6 people. With fireplace, bar, sound system, games (billiards, darts), it is convertible according to needs. Located on the ground floor, it overlooks a large terrace.
- a first accommodation, on the ground-floor terrace for 4/6 persons, with a double bed (140x200) in a bedroom, another double bed in an alcove in the living room, and a sofa bed. Fully equipped open kitchen, shower room. The whole is accessible PMR.
- a second accommodation on the upper floor for up to 9 persons. It has a living room with open kitchen fully equipped, two bedrooms, each with private bathroom: 3 double beds and three single beds. All overlooks the passageway overlooking the garden and the stream.
- an annex, which can accommodate 10 persons, which itself consists of two parts. On the ground floor: two bedrooms (each accessible PMR, with a double bed in 140 + bathroom). Upstairs, the dormitory with 3x2 single bunk beds + shower room. The bunk beds are homemade! their size is adapted to children and adults
You will be able to meet with friends, several families, in the big room or outside on sunny days, to share great moments together, and at the same time each will have its own private spaces!
Linen, cleaning, heating and wood for the fireplace are included in the price. Do not forget your towels...
