There is 1 large family bathroom (toilet, basin and bath with shower) upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs. House is used by owners as their second home and for letting.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. A security deposit of €500 is payable to the owner 3 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 3 weeks to your arrival date, it is payable immediately after booking. Payment will generally be made by bank transfer or other method convenient to both the guest and the owner. Assuming everything is OK, the deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure .
