Ideal for a weekly or weekend break close to Perpignan and in the heart of nature. There is also a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bathroom with double washbasin and walk-in shower, and separate toilet facilities. 3 gîtes (66G12311-66G123112-66G123113) are located upstairs. The owners live on the ground floor. A shared hall leads to the flats. Unenclosed private parking is available on site. Orange mobile 4G antenna located 800 metres from the gîtes.
