This holiday villa is located in the lovely village of Rubiães, just a short drive from the town of Paredes de Coura and also from the attractive roman riverside town of Ponte de Lima.Set in an elevated position overlooking a green valley, this Portugal holiday accommodation will provide the perfect base for a great family holiday and to explore the delightful unspoilt Minho region.
Ample sunbathing terraces, lawns and flowerbeds surround the pool (12 X 6.5 metres). The depth is from 1.45 to 2.20 metres. Pool side shower, excellent covered barbecue area, toilet, games room with pool table, table tennis and football table.

The furnishings are of a very high standard, with attractive decor throughout the house. In addition to the main house - which dates back to the XVII century -there is a new building with 3 bedrooms and delightful views over the swimming pool and valley. The living area is beautifully decorated with comfortable seating and doors leading onto a large patio ideal for alfresco dining. Each of the six bedrooms is privileged to its own ensuite bathroom. Outside, the well maintained garden with lawns, chestnut, orange and cherry trees is set out on different levels with terraces leading down to the large swimming pool. The barbecue area is superb and fitted with all you need to prepare the meals. In addition to the private swimming pool, guests have the use of a games room with table tennis, table football and pool table - a delight for aduls and children.
