It is less than an hour from many great sites of Occitanie that this house of character, belonging to the same family for 4 generations, welcomes you. In the heart of the Ovalie country you can discover Toulouse the pink city, Albi and its cathedral, Carcassonne the medieval city but also the Black Mountain, the Canal du Midi, the regional natural park of Haut Languedoc.
Two hundred years old, the Château Noir, a newly renovated mansion, offers you its beautiful volumes in the heart of a park of more than one hectare and vast agricultural land. Its name comes from the specific color of its lands.
Equipped to accommodate ten people in five bedrooms, you will find four double beds and two single beds with new and quality bedding. The house is equipped with two bathrooms and three toilets, one of which is private.
It is also composed of an equipped kitchen, a large Empire-style living room, a reading and board games area, a large bright dining room and a laundry room. You can enjoy a closed and partially covered courtyard to barbecue next to the pond with frogs and water lilies.
Linen provided, extra linen rental. Housekeeping at the expense of the tenants.
To refresh you, an above ground pool in the garden, usable in summer. Two landscaped lakes and recreation centres are less than half an hour away.
