The cottage Cœur Cocagne is located in an Albi-Toulouse-Carcassonne triangle, as its name indicates in the heart of the country of Cocagne. Calm, light and space are the key words defining this place. You will find an environment of great tranquility to taste the relaxation of the holidays, landscapes of beauty evoking Tuscany and varied cultural and sports activities in the surroundings.
The family house has been renovated with care to allow friendly and warm moments. The house is spacious with an area of 160m² on two levels. It is composed on the ground floor:
- a fully equipped kitchen (20m²): dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with freezer, small fridge, induction hob, extractor hood, height oven, microwave
- a dining room with sitting area (30m²) giving direct access to a covered terrace of 45m², overlooking the wooded park, with furniture (2 tables, chairs), garden furniture (1 small round table, 5 chairs), sun loungers, hammock
- a storeroom (9m²)
- a toilet.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms:
- South room (18m²) with a double bed 160x200,
- East bedroom (18m²) with a double bed 140x190 and a single bed 90x190.
A relaxing lounge (18m²) is also located upstairs with TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, a desk, and a selection of books, games and DVDs.
Two bathrooms complete the equipment : a large bathroom (10m²) with bath, sink, bidet and toilet and a shower room (4m²) with shower cabin and sink.
A reinforced electrical outlet, with meter, is located outside the house for charging electric vehicles.
The owners live in a terraced part of the building with independent entrance.
