The Gîte En Cocagne is located in Magrin, 40 minutes east of Toulouse, in the peaceful Tarnaise countryside, named here Pays de Cocagne.

10 minutes by car from Puylaurens and St Paul Cap de Jeux for shops and services, and only 20 minutes by car from Lavaur and Revel, known for its Saturday market and Lake St Ferreol for water sports, hiking in the mountains, picnics and lively restaurants.
Not forgetting the pastel castle-museum in Magrin, dedicated to the production of pastel, the blue dye that has made the reputation of the region.

Cottage for 4 people (up to 6 with additional sleeping in a bedroom) adjoining the owners' house (at the back), without vis-à-vis, with garden and private pool (9.5x4.5m, depth 1m to 1.6m). Beautiful view of the green hills, the Black Mountain and the Pyrenees.

The house is very old (18th century), it is completely renovated. Access to the garden and the pool by a small path on the side of the cottage.
Gas barbecue, garden furniture, sunbathing, petanque court at the bottom of the garden.

On the ground floor you will find the living room with two large comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a TV (access to British channels).
A "snug" is located next to the living room, small room to read a book, or simply enjoy the view from the window on the square of the hamlet. Two very comfortable chairs as well as chinoiserie furniture transmitted by my grandparents.
In the dining room, a large table and 6 chairs in front of the large decorative fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 80cm gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and full kitchen set...

Upstairs are the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the toilet (independent).
The rooms are equipped with new bedding and 100% cotton sheets/cloths for your comfort. Each has a wardrobe, tables and bedside lamps, dresser, chair. Fans available.
The shower room is equipped with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 1: large bed of 180x200 cm with a moderately soft mattress + sofa bed of 80x190 cm.
Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90x200 cm + sofa bed of 140x190 cm.
