The cottage is located in the Regional Park of Haut Languedoc, in a rural setting on a hectare of land
This old farmhouse completely renovated can accommodate up to six people and is available for rent the week of June to September.
The cottage is very well located to satisfy many leisure activities (hiking or equestrian, signposted mountain bike trails), the hiking trails begin 100 meters from the house. At the foot of the black mountain and 1h30 from the sea (Valras) holidaymakers will find something to enjoy.
Many medieval villages are worth visiting. The town of Labruguière is surrounded by lakes that allow, for some, the joys of swimming in the mountains. In Mazamet (13 kms), you can play tennis or golf (18 holes). In Castres (13 kms), you can visit the Goya or Jean-Jaurès museum, go to the cinema or the aquatic center or take the boat for a walk on the Agout.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room. Upstairs: three large bedrooms, a large bathroom with toilet, second bathroom.
The new bedding is of excellent quality with 160x200cm bed in all rooms.
Covered terrace. Garden furniture, barbecue and gas plancha. A covered place for vehicles.
Bed linen, towels and house linen are included. Cleaning service at the end of stay 70€.
