The apartment is approx. 70 square meters, the terrace with its 14 square meters is the highlight of the entire apartment. It has just been completely renovated by us using only high-quality materials and has modern furnishings, and the bathroom and kitchen are also completely new. Already when you wake up you have a great view of the sea right from the bed, when you sit on the sofa in the living room, you see the sea, it accompanies you throughout the apartment, wherever you are, you see the sea.From the modern and very comfortable sofa bed in the salon, you can watch your favorite programs on the new 65" smart TV, in the bedroom there is another 55" TV where you can watch sports etc. independently of the salon.
The spacious terrace offers a comfortable dining area and a relaxation area where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The terrace can be used completely open but also protected from the wind and sun behind a 6m long seamless glazing. The glazing can be opened comfortably and easily and disappears to the side, so that the terrace can be used in any weather. The terrace is modern and comfortably furnished, the two easy chairs invite you to look at the sea with a cocktail in your hand at sunset. At the large community pool we have bought two private sun loungers with parasols especially for our guests, these are labeled with the apartment number M15.
