Das 2-geschossige Appartement ist ein neu errichteter Anbau und wurde bis 2022 als Architektur-Atelier genutzt. Wir haben sehr auf nachhaltige Stoffkreisläufe und ressourcensparende/CO² neutrale Unterhaltung/Energien geachtet. Das gesamte Gebäude wird mittels Holz-Pelletanlage betrieben. Der Strom wird aus 100% regenerativen Rohstoffen bezogen, ebenso die Wallbox für Auto/E-bike, im eigenen Carport-Stellplatz.
