The house with the large vacation apartment is located in a quiet small residential area. The view from the apartment or from the garden terrace is overwhelming. The historic village center with the mountains in the background provide a view that has "postcard quality".The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and separate living room with a smart TV and sofa with sleep function. Furthermore, the apartment includes a large bedroom with a double bed (2 pers.) and a sports room which can be converted to a second bedroom with two separate beds (2 pers.). Moreover, there is the bathroom with shower, bathtub, and a washing machine and a separate toilet. A lockable garage with storage for bicycles, etc. is available to guests, as well as the large terrace with a spacious lawn and a large garden with a luxurious outdoor lounge.Quiet location with great panoramic views over Rinchnach and the surrounding mountains.
