A high-quality holiday complex in Seeboden with an indoor pool and an impressive view over Lake Millstatt and the mountains.
The holiday house is situated at a quiet location on the edge of the forest on the sunny hill above Seeboden, with direct access to the great network of hiking and cycling trails.
The quiet location is ideal for relaxing and as starting point for summer and winter activities.
We offer free of charge: entry to the lidos and the indoor pool in Spittal, usage of 2 e-bikes. invitation for sailing.

All holiday apartments are modern and complete furnished/equipped. Each features a south-facing balcony, an ante-room, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with one sofa bed for 2 extra persons (with two more mobile beds up to 6 persons can be hosted).  Further equipment is, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.  Bed linen, hand and dish towels are provided by the landlord. An apartment with a water bed and a luxury kitchen (induction cooker, dishwasher, plenty of storage space) is equipped as an extraordinary bonus and an apartment has plenty of room through a double-sized living room.

At the basement located is a washing machine (used with coins) and a swimming pool for relaxing (7m x 4m).

All holiday apartments are furnished with 1 living room with a complete equipped kitchen, 1 separate sleeping room with a twin bed, enteroom, shower room with toilette, large balcony on the southern side (1 at south-west side) and a parking lot. At the basement we maintain the swimming pool (operating between June and September), 1 washing machine, 1 dryer and outside the table tennis.
We are also living in the same house and shall support you during your stay for comfortable and relaxing holidays.
For your breakfast we deliver, if you wish, daily fresh bread from the bakery.
