Our cozy apartments, partly built of wood, are idyllically situated in the middle of nature, directly on the southern shore of Lake Millstatt in the picturesque Lagger Bay - probably the most beautiful and natural side of the lake. Just a 5-minute walk from the Laggerhof boat landing stage, the Millstätter See south shore cycle path leads directly past our lakeside apartments.
Our lakeside apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Gasthof Laggerhof, which has its own access to the lake and a sunbathing lawn. Dog-friendly and surrounded by hiking trails, we also offer fishing opportunities (license required) and a parking lot.

As we are located in the middle of the Upper Carinthian mountains, our house is also ideal for a winter vacation. The best ski areas are only 30 minutes away by car.

Our apartment on the upper floor offers you a living space of approx. 100 m² and impresses with a spacious balcony, equipped with seating furniture and a wonderful lake view. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and two washbasins as well as a separate WC. A gallery with a large sofa invites you to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen has four electric hobs, a coffee machine, a fridge and a dishwasher. A dining table and a cozy living area with sofa, satellite TV with large screen and free Wi-Fi provide comfort. Parquet floors and central heating round off the living ambience. Additional facilities include the use of a washing machine as well as bed linen and towels. A parking space is also available.
