Our house lies on the sunny slope of Millstatt with beautiful view to the lake, the surrounding mountains, the town and the monastery Millstatt.
We offer 1 double room, 1 single room and 3 holiday apartments for 2-4 persons, all including lake view.
Free WLAN is available in the whole house.
Start your holiday with a wonderful view from your balcony over the lake.
Within 10 walking minutes you reach the lido of Millstatt, the first Carinthian bathhouse, the tennis courts, the monastery Millstatt with cloister and museum, shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes. The golf course Millstättersee can be reached within 5 car minutes.
From the first overnight stay, the Millstätter See Inlcusive Card is included in the price. The card offers a variety of all-inclusive-services, e.g. free entrance to the most beautiful lidos around the lake, free access to the toll roads of the destination, a comprehensive family program and a lot more, thus guaranteeing even more variety, fun and adventures at the lake of Millstatt.
In the evenings you can enjoy the sunset and the Mediterranean climate of the south-side-alps on our generous balconies with lake view.
The parking lot is located directly in front of the house.
Pets are allowed on request, an extra fee of EUR 10,- per day is charged.

The kitchen-cum-living room consists of a comfortable couch, a dining area and a kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, sink, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Sat/TV.
From the kitchen-cum-living-room and from the bedroom with double bed you have direct access to the large south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of Lake Millstatt, the mountains and the historic town of Millstatt.
The bathroom is completely new, with shower/WC, washbasin, magnifying mirror and hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the flat.
