Artist holiday home is on three levels: the living area on the ground floor, the sleeping area on the first floor and a comfortable rumpus room in the basement. It comprises on the ground floor entrance into the outdoor area useful for parking the car, air-conditioned living area with sofas and TV, bathroom with shower, hallway, well-equipped kitchen with appliances such as fridge, oven, kitchenette, oven, dishwasher and to a further external space that can act as a second entrance and which can also be accessed from the street. In the basement, which is accessed from the hallway leading to the kitchen, via a comfortable staircase, there is a large living area with a table for dining and a comfortable sofa. On the first floor which is accessed from the living area there are two bedrooms, one double with a veranda and glassed-in balcony and a double bedroom with balcony, complete bathroom with shower.
