You enter the ground floor in the entrance hallway that separates the living area, large living room with air conditioning tastefully furnished with antiques, double bedroom, multipurpose room where you can place suitcases, bathroom with shower without bidet, hallway entrance leads to the dining room and kitchenette equipped with appliances such as induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toast plate and dishwasher. Also from the hallway you enter the first floor via a comfortable spiral staircase that leads to a large and bright, characteristic landing that leads to a further room where a double sofa bed with an electro-welded mesh has been positioned that serves as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, but no bidet. Going up to the terrace level, the second kitchen has been recreated, also equipped with essential appliances, a dining room covered by a glass window and an uncovered terrace with barbecue.
La Venere holiday home is located in Parabita, a town in the hinterland about 10 km from the beaches of Gallipoli. It is located adjacent to the historic center, a characteristic village with its narrow streets that lead to the main square where the majestic Castle and the Mother Church dominate. Well positioned both for the ease of finding parking, but above all close to the expressway that in a few minutes leads to Gallipoli, but also Leuca, Pescoluse without forgetting the Adriatic coast with Otranto and San Foca and Torre dell'Orso. In the immediate vicinity there are however the main services such as supermarket and bar.
