This fabulous 2nd-floor apartment is in a quiet, elevated position with views from the good-sized balcony over the communal swimming pool (and children's pool) and towards the beautiful town of Lagos. The award-winning 'Marina de Lagos' is just a couple of minutes' walk from the apartment, and from there it is just over 5 minutes' walk to the centre of Lagos.
The apartment is ideally located with easy access to the beach, town and shops. Around 10 minutes' walk is Meia Praia beach, one of the longest and most spectacular beaches in the Algarve. Also within a 10-15 minute drive you will find many other sandy and family-friendly beaches with full facilities.
The balcony is furnished with plenty of very comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table with seating for 4 persons - and there is a gas BBQ.
Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) has a large double bed and access to the balcony at the rear of the building which has a small table and chairs and is ideal place to sit and have a coffee either first thing in the morning while enjoying the morning sun - or later during the day if you prefer to be in the shade!
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a comfortable workspace including a desk, desk lamp, and office chair. The balcony at the rear of the building can be accessed from this bedroom.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a Delta coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and so on.
The dining area has a dining table and chairs for 4 people.
The apartment benefits from high-speed internet and there is a large flat-screen TV to enjoy your favourite movies.
There are 2 modern bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bath with overhead shower.
