Surrounded by meadows with a breathtaking view of the Stubai mountains, our modern apartments have the ideal holiday location - quiet and yet with good infrastructure - with numerous hiking routes on the doorstep. The ski bus stops right in front of the farm and takes you to the Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Elfer and Serlesbahnen ski areas. Supermarkets, ski rental and restaurants are less than 1 km away.

Our apartments are tastefully furnished. It doesn't matter whether you want to spend romantic and relaxing days or want an active holiday, you can feel at home with us.

Our cozy and modern furnished apartment with approx. 40 m² is ideal for small families. The large double bed is 1.80 x 2.00 meters and offers you the comfort you need to always start the day relaxed and strengthened. Internet TV and free NETFLIX use provide entertainment. Various board games/card games are also available for a convivial evening. A kitchenette with double induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher enables unlimited self-sufficiency. For a relaxed breakfast, we offer you a bread delivery service: We deliver fresh bread rolls from our baker Ruetz directly to your room/apartment door every day.

The apartment is equipped with a high-quality double-decker sofa bed, which is ideal for children with a lying surface of 80x190 cm. When booking, please note that the top bed can be loaded with a maximum of 80 kilograms!

You can enjoy the afternoon/evening sun on the cozy balcony with a breathtaking view of the glacier.
