The living area is fully air-conditioned, bright, cozy and equipped with high standard. Ground floor level offers you living area with fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee maker...), fireplace and TV area (with play station and DVD) is an ideal retreat and leads directly to the spacious terrace with outdoor dining area with sea views, barbecue area as well as to the heated 32m2 swimming pool at lower level with spacious sun deck area with 6 sun deck chairs. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor: Bedroom No.1 with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace with sea views, Bedroom No.2 with double bed and terrace with sea views, Bedroom No.3 with 2 single beds; a family bathroom with shower is located at bedroom level also. There is a welcome buffet with Croatian prosciutto, cheese, snacks and wine and drinks. Access to all areas of the house is guaranteed at all times. Parking spaces are available before the house entrance.
